Return Policy
At Raku Matcha, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
1.2. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, any item that has been opened or consumed is non-returnable.
1.3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
1.4. All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition (see Section 4).
2. Refund Process
2.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
3.1. Raku Matcha is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
- Missed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package.
3.2. If a package is returned to us due to the above reasons, any refund issued will be minus the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and a restocking fee, provided the item is received in resalable condition.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
4.2. To process an exchange for a damaged product, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
5.1. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning items.
5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Raku Matcha cannot accept responsibility for lost or failed deliveries during return shipping.
6. Fraud Prevention and Abuse Policy
6.1. Raku Matcha reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:
- Excessive return requests.
- Suspected fraudulent behavior,Inconsistent or misleading information in return claims.
6.2. Accounts identified as abusive may be blocked from future purchases.
