Return Policy
At Raku Matcha, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
1.2. To qualify for a return:Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, these items are non-returnable once opened or consumed.
1.3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
3.1. If a package is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer,
- Refusal to pay customs duties or fees,Missed delivery attempts,
- Raku Matcha is not responsible for shipping fees, customs charges, or related costs.
3.2. In the event of a failed delivery, customers will bear the costs of reshipping or any additional fees. Refunds for such packages will be issued minus shipping and associated costs after the product is returned to us.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
4.2. To process an exchange for a damaged product, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
5.1. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning items.
5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Raku Matcha cannot accept responsibility for lost or failed deliveries during return shipping.
