1 - Measure: Add 1-3g of matcha powder to a bowl (adjust according to your taste).2 - Whisk: Pour 60ml of hot water (80°C) into the bowl and whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion until a smooth froth forms on top. 3 - Enjoy: Add 190-220ml of water or milk (warm or cold) to taste. Mix well and savour your matcha moment.
