Matcha Fine Sifter – Wooden Handle篩
Fine mesh, denser foam.
Our own sifter. A fine stainless mesh with a wooden handle. Breaks up the clumps that powder forms in the tin, so your whisk can lift the matcha into a smooth, even bowl.
How to use
- Rest the sifter on a warm, dry matcha bowl.
- Add 2g of matcha (one heaped chashaku) onto the mesh.
- Tap the rim with a fingertip until the matcha drops through.
- Lift the sifter off, pour your water, whisk as usual.
