Returns.

For UK orders, we accept returns on unopened tins and unused ceramics within 14 days of delivery. Opened tins and used items cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons.

Return postage is paid by you, and our return address is printed on your parcel's label. Please write to support@rakumatcha.com with your order number before you send it back.

Exchanges are offered for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you would like a different matcha instead, return the unopened tin within 14 days of delivery for a refund and place a new order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, write to support@rakumatcha.com within 7 days with a photo of the outer packaging and the contents. We will replace damaged items free of charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable except on damaged or faulty items.

Ceramics can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Gift orders can be returned for store credit by the recipient within 30 days of the original order date.

Orders delivered outside the UK are final sale and cannot be returned, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty (see above). Duties and import taxes paid on the original shipment are not refundable except on damaged or faulty items.
