Returns.

We accept returns on unopened tins and unused ceramics within 14 days of receipt. Opened tins and used items cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons.

To start a return, write to support@rakumatcha.com with your order number. We will reply with a returns address and instructions.

We are happy to exchange unopened tins for a different matcha or size within 14 days. If the new item is more expensive, we will invoice the difference. If it is less, we will refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged, write to support@rakumatcha.com within 7 days with a photo of the outer packaging and the contents. We will replace damaged items free of charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable except on damaged or faulty items.

Ceramics can be returned unused within 14 days. Gift orders can be returned for store credit by the recipient within 30 days of the original order date.

International return shipping is at the customer's expense and not covered by Raku Matcha. Duties and import taxes paid on the original shipment are not refundable except on damaged or faulty items.
