This website is operated by Raku Matcha Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. For any queries about these terms, please email support@rakumatcha.com.

References to 'we', 'us', and 'our' mean Raku Matcha Ltd. References to 'you' and 'your' mean the customer placing an order.

By placing an order through this site you offer to buy the items listed. We accept your offer when we dispatch the items, which is the point a contract is formed. We reserve the right to reject orders without giving a reason. Refunds are issued the same working day.

Prices on this site are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Shopify Payments.

If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the difference rather than honour the incorrect price.

Delivery times and rates are listed on the Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

The right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to opened tins of matcha (food safety). Full return terms are on the Returns page.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

Otherwise, our total liability under any single contract is limited to the price you paid for the order under that contract.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and packaging, is owned by Raku Matcha Ltd. or used under licence. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
