All UK orders are shipped from our London studio via Royal Mail. Parcels typically arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

We ship to the US from London via tracked airmail. Parcels typically arrive 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Tariffs prepaid by Raku Matcha. You pay the price you see at checkout. No customs invoice on the doorstep, no extra charges on delivery.

$14 flat rate. Free on orders over $120.

We ship from our London studio to the EU, Canada, Australia, Japan and most of Asia. Outside the US, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

• EU: 3 to 7 working days. €7.95.
• Canada: 5 to 10 working days.
• Rest of World: 7 to 14 working days.

Most orders dispatch within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays ship on the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

Every order has tracking, regardless of destination. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first, then write to support@rakumatcha.com.

Matcha tins and ceramics are packed carefully, but couriers occasionally damage parcels in transit. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of both the outer packaging and the contents, then write to support@rakumatcha.com within 7 days of receipt.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, check with neighbours and your local sorting office first. If it is still missing after 5 days, write to us. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund where appropriate.
