Matcha Bamboo Scoop茶杓
One scoop, one gram.
Our own chashaku. A bamboo scoop, carved by hand. One level scoop is roughly one gram of matcha, enough for a single bowl. Two for an everyday bowl, three for something stronger.
How to use
- Open the tin out of direct sunlight to keep the matcha bright.
- Dip the chashaku and lift a level scoop, about one gram.
- Tap the rim to flatten. Two for an everyday bowl, three for stronger.
- Wipe on a clean cloth after each use. Never wash it.

Store dry
